I would highly recommend a dream dictionary or two.  I really got into dream analysis for a while a few years ago and found them to be a valuable tool.  I remember one disturbing dream in particular (just after my oldest was born) where the symbolism there-in helped me discover a deep seeded fear of control and failure, manipulation and emotional dissection.  Yeah, I know intense, but I enjoyed the subjective interpretation of the strange images that were played out in my subconscious at night.  Sadly, I either rarely dream now, or just don&#039;t remember them.  I don&#039;t know if it is because I&#039;m just so tired all the time, or that I just don&#039;t sleep well enough to dream....]]></description>
